Nourishing and Cleansing Sound Bath

What will happen?

You will lie down on a very comfortable mattress with a blanket (both provided) and “bathe” in the healing sounds and vibrations of different instruments for one hour.

A sound bath can help:

What might you experience during a sound bath?

Like with all practices, everyone has a very personal experience but people often report reaching a state of peace, drifting off into a restful sleep or having a meditative, inward journey.

Sound and vibration has been proven to have a profound effect on water and given that a significant proportion of our body is water, we can really experience this for ourselves.

Who is facilitating?

Precious has always been on the spiritual path but formally started training as a shaman at twenty-four years old. She is now able to live out one of her dreams of owning her own healing studio in London. Almost a decade on from the start of her shamanic training, and having learnt other healing modalities along the way, she creates entirely unique sessions relevant to the here and now.
