About this Event
As well as deepening your yoga practice, you will learn the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, with a focus on Pranayama and the synchronisation of breath and movement – this online or in-person course will let you blend in according to your schedule.
In the Hatha yoga course, we will experience Yoga at a slower pace, with a focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. This unique course is a blend of learning styles and takes place over 10 weeks.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This yoga session is for everyone (No age limit). Family can join along with their kids

What can I bring to the event?
Kindly bring a water bottle. We provide Yoga mats & props. We have a washroom and kitchen to be utilised.
