We explore topics such as your nervous system, physical brain changes, hormones, and the 4th trimester, giving you a deeper understanding of how your postpartum mind and body functions. This session will offer you the space and ability to grant yourself grace during the first few months and years and allow the motherhood metamorphosis to flow with much more ease.
Session 2: Nourished Nesting: THE HOME PREPARATION
Having a baby doesn't come with a how-to book for the household, but this class will get you pretty close to one. Brittney Emmel will lead you through the process of financial planning to assist families in the first few weeks when income may be put on hold. To create a supportive postpartum environment to aid in recovery. Expanding thinking to household rules and guidelines, we will go over how to set up and organize your home providing structure, and family boundaries, and setting house rules assisting in making sure everyone is on the same page for your wants and desires those first few weeks.
Session 3: 4th Trimester NUTRITION
A postpartum nutrition class taught by Mallory Hansen, certified in Functional Nutrition, is designed to help expecting and new mothers prepare for and navigate the postpartum period with optimal nutrition and wellness. This class empowers you to plan for postpartum recovery by covering topics such as foods that are optimal for healing, key nutrients and herbs to support breastfeeding, and mood support through nutrition. You’ll also learn about tinctures, herbs, and the important vitamins and minerals that benefit both mom and baby, and leave with a meal and food prep planning guide, so you can stock your entire freezer and fridge by the time baby arrives.
Session 4: THE Ultimate Postpartum PLAN - Creating your Motherhood User Manual
This final session will tie everything together, consolidating your understanding of the postpartum mind and body, functional nutrition, and how to plan for the early weeks.
