Join Jefferson Health Plans for our February Fresh Produce Pop-Up on Saturday, February 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at our Wellness Center at Philadelphia Youth Basketball (4250 Wissahickon Avenue).
Stop by to pick up fresh fruits and vegetables while supplies last, receive free blood pressure and A1C screenings, watch live nutrition demonstrations, and connect with health navigation support and local resources.
This free community event is open to everyone, so bring your family, friends, and neighbors — we look forward to seeing you!
