About Faye Friedman

Faye Friedman is a certified health and wellness coach and 500-hour registered yoga teacher with over two decades of experience in the wellness and fitness industry.

For the past six years, she has immersed herself in Medical Medium healing principles, using nutrition, mindfulness, and holistic practices to support healing and overall well-being. Through these tools, Faye has personally experienced profound shifts in her own health journey, including healing symptoms related to thyroid, inflammation, brain fog, eczema, and hormonal changes.

Her teaching style is grounded, compassionate, accessible, and heart-centered — creating a supportive space where students feel nourished, empowered, and inspired on their wellness journey.
