Join us for the Summer edition of our Seasonal Nourish Me Sundays collaborations
with True North Yoga, Vedic Glow, and Hive Café.
Begin with Tanya from True North Yoga for a sublime hour to stretch (yin yoga), followed by simple but powerful breathwork, and a guided relaxation with an immersive sound experience.
Then discover healthy living inspiration from the world of Ayurveda to give you a healthful glow with Jo from Vedic Glow.
And to finish enjoy a hearty bowl of soul nourishing food and tasty treat from the heart of the Hive Café kitchen, created with love and care by the talented Allisha and Marlo.
This special afternoon is inspired the world of Ayurveda, fueled by wholesome seasonal produce, and will empower you with seasonal self-care through movement, mindfulness, and soul nourishing food.
