Welcome to our seasonal NOURISH ME SUNDAYS sessions – relax, inspire, and nourish with True North Yoga, Vedic Glow, and Hive Café.A sublime afternoon beginnning with some gentle yoga complete with a guided relaxtion to an immersive sound bath by Tanya from True North Yoga.
Then be inspired by self-care tips for a beautiful healthful glow from the world of Ayurveda with Jo from Vedic Glow.
And to finish, enjoy soul nourishing food created with love and care from the heart of the Hive Café kitchen by Allisha.
Your special Nourish Me Sundays afternoon will nurture you with gentle movement and healing sound, inspire your self-care through the world of Ayurveda, and fuel you with soul nourishing food.
