Journey Sessions - The universe inside, the tools to live it out.

ABOUT The World Within is a monthly in-person series designed to help you step out of your head and back into your inner knowing, in a way that feels grounded, safe, and practical.
Intuition Reset is a guided journey session focused on strengthening your inner compass, learning how to recognise your personal “yes” and “no,” and clearing the mental noise that keeps you second-guessing yourself.
This is not a “sit and listen” workshop. It’s an immersive experience with gentle guidance, breath, meditation, and integration, so you don’t just have an experience…you leave with something you can actually use.
THE SESSION FLOW (what you’ll experience)
✅ Arrive + settle - grounding and a clear container so you feel safe to drop in
✅ A short introduction - why intuition gets drowned out and how we rebuild trust in it
✅ Third Eye Activation Process - a guided opener to support inner clarity and inner seeing
✅ Guided Journey: Your Inner Compass - a longer guided meditation experience, with gentle breathwork to help you arrive and receive
✅ Integration journaling - prompts to capture what you felt, saw, sensed, and what it means for real life
✅ Optional sharing - always gentle, never forced
✅ Return + grounding - so you leave calm, clear, and steady

Beginners are welcome. You don’t need experience, just willingness.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
This session may not be suitable if you:
⛔are currently in acute mental health crisis or experiencing severe emotional instability
⛔have a history of psychosis/mania, or are currently feeling significantly ungrounded
⛔are looking for therapy, trauma processing, or medical treatment
⛔are under the influence of drugs/alcohol on the day If you’re unsure whether this is the right space for you, please message me before booking.
IMPORTANT NOTE This is a guided meditation and personal development experience. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. You are in control of your experience at all times...you may opt out, sit up, keep your eyes open, or step outside whenever needed.

🌸Yoga mat
🌸Blanket (highly recommended)
🌸Cushion / pillow / bolster (for comfort while lying down)

🌸Journal + pen
🌸Optional: eye mask Wear comfortable clothes you can fully relax in.

General Admission: $50
3-Session Pass: $120 (valid for 12 months, use across any World Within sessions)
Spaces are limited to keep the room spacious and comfortable for lying down.
