Our Gentle Hatha Flow class is perfect for anyone looking to maintain a healthy body through mindful movement while also finding inner peace through guided meditation.In this 60-minute session, you'll be guided through a series of gentle Hatha yoga postures that focus on fluid movement and mindful breathing. Each pose is carefully chosen to promote flexibility, strength, and balance, ensuring a well-rounded practice that is accessible to all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class offers a supportive environment to explore and deepen your practice.
As the physical practice comes to a close, you'll be led into a relaxing guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system and release stress. This meditation will help you connect with your breath, centre your thoughts, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and serene.
