Notts Seed Network Summer Gathering

The network's first seed meet is happening on Saturday 18th July 11am-1pm. Shape the direction of the seed network, learn about seed saving, chat with other local growers and seed savers, get advice and seed saving q&a, seeds and plants available too.

Light lunch made with agroecological ingredients and drinks provided. Feel free to bring something to share.

Meet at the gate of Whitemoor Allotments, we will be gathering at Nottingham Organic Gardeners plot.

Notts Seed Network supports the growing, saving, and sharing of open-pollinated seeds across Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

We celebrate seeds, the people who grow them, and the places they are grown.

Our vision is to

• Connect seeds with people and communities across the NG postcode area
• Share practical knowledge of seed growing and stewardship
• Grow agroecological, locally adapted, open-pollinated seed
• Build awareness of seed politics, crop diversity, and agroecology
• Support local, national, and global seed projects and campaigns

Established in 2026, growing out of the former Nottingham Seed Sovereignty project.
