No previous experience of yoga or meditation is needed. Everything is guided with warmth and care, and every practice can be adapted to meet your individual needs.
What to bring
Simply wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind. Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided. You may wish to bring a small pillow and an eye mask.
