What to expect:
Hosted in the unique Dovecot Studios, and led by the team at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) this is an exceptional opportunity for female and non-binary college and university students to explore a journey of insights, inspiration and practical advice to guide you through your next steps in education or career. The afternoon will be a mix of presentations, interactive exhibition stands and mini workshops.
Presentations will address:
- Skills demand in an AI driven world
- Routes into tech and opportunities to explore
- Snapshot career stories: pivots; lessons learned; decision making
Interactive exhibition stands led by the LBG team invite you to explore:
- AI & innovation: practical use cases
- Engineering & delivery: live demos
- Data, analytics, games
- NextGen Talent Hub: programmes and applications
The career workshops will support you in:
- Developing a robust CV and LinkedIn tips
- Acing assessment centres and interviews
- Building a portfolio of skills and experience
- Creating stand out in applications
It will be a truly immersive event enabling attendees to get a strong steer on tech career pathways and how to advance your journey, whilst making invaluable industry connections.

Soft drinks and pizza will be in plentiful supply to fuel your exploration.
Who is it for:
College and University Students who identify as female or non-binary who are interested in learning more about career opportunities in technology. Advisors and Lecturers are welcome to join.
