Join us for an evening of live music curated by your Sofar Sounds Christchurch team! This gig is part of a series of fundraiser to keep XCHC going for the next decade and beyond. Sofar organised a wonderful night of live music last year and have put their hand up to help us.
You already know the format: three excellent acts, an audience that came to listen and a room that gets quiet when the music starts. No bar chatter over the top, no phones out, no one talking over the artists. Just the thing that makes these gigs feel different: we're all here for the music!
By not running it under the Sofar banner, for this one-off event only, we can ensure that every dollar goes to XCHC and the artists. The goal is to help save our venue, which has held space for Ōtautahi's creative community for the past 12 years!
