Join us for an after-hours showing of the 1922 classic film, Nosferatu, while resting in restorative yoga poses.
We'll be watching Nosferatu in the main gallery of the Parkersburg Art Center, after their doors are closed to the public for the evening.
Restorative Yoga is a slow, restful yoga with fully supported poses (held for 5-15 minutes, each), which are great for rest and relaxation, and resetting your body's cortisol levels.
Please bring a mat and yoga blocks if you have them, as well as an extra blanket (or two), and some kind of bolster/narrow couch cushion/extra firm or double stuffed pillow and/or an overstuffed stuffed animal. We use lots of props in this class!
As always classes are created with beginners in mind, with options to try each pose in different ways.
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred by the original purchaser to another student, for the same date.
