Northside Unplugged — Mic as Medicine

Northside Unplugged is a community gathering at V3 Sports that creates space for artists, healers, thinkers, and neighbors to express themselves freely. Held in V3's café, this event reflects an expanded vision of wellness — one that embraces creative expression, joy, and community as equally valid forms of well-being.

The evening opens with two hours of networking and light bites — a dedicated time to connect with the Northside Forward team, learn about the work they're doing in the community, and meet neighbors invested in the future of North Minneapolis. From 8 to 11, the mic opens.

A poem, a testimony, a song, a silence. Each one an offering. Each one medicine. This is a night for those who know that wellbeing is a birthright, not a luxury — and that remedy comes in many forms.

This event is presented by V3 Sports in partnership with Northside Forward — a coming together of two organizations that share a deep commitment to the people and future of North Minneapolis.

Northside Forward is built for and built by Northside residents, creatives, entrepreneurs, and neighbors. V3 Sports is one of Minneapolis's most intentional spaces for community wellness and vitality. Together, they're opening the door to an evening of collective restoration.
