What We Offer:

• Every month we learn a different herb, 2026 list is Holy Basil (Tulsi) • Raspberry Leaf • Chickweed • Red Clover • Lemon Balm • Bee Balm (Wild Bergamot) • Calendula • Hyssop • Elderflower • Self-Heal (Heal-All) • Feverfew • Marshmallow Root
• Learn the history, medicinal uses, and preparation techniques for each herb.
• Participate in hands-on workshops to create herbal medicines such as syrups, tinctures, balms, tonics, and teas.
• Dive into plant identification and foraging techniques, focusing on ethical and sustainable harvesting.
• Receive a personalized Herbal Journal to document your learnings, experiments, and reflections.
• Enjoy guest appearances from experienced herbalists who will share their unique knowledge and techniques.

• Where: Natural Me Apothecary
• When: The Last Thursday of every month 2026 6-8 pm except November and December they are held on a Tuesday.
• Cost: $33 per session. Full workshop series (12 classes) available for $320, with payment plans offered. (NO REFUND ON FULL WORKSHOP SERIES)
