As autumn flows into winter, our energy begins to crystalize into stillness and rest. The holiday season can bring hurry and chaos for many of us. However, in the Chinese calendar, this time is meant for slowing down and embracing the season's dark quiet.
Join Little House Acupuncture and Fine Tuning Sound Therapy at McRae Park Rec Center for a curated acupuncture sound bath to help assist your journey of energetic transition; helping you ground and re-center as we prepare to enter winter.
Expect an evening of deep relaxation, with combined sound therapy and acupuncture to calm your nervous system and facilitate deep rest.
Light refreshments will be offered, including a Chinese herbal medicine tea to support rest and relaxation.
This offering is equally suitable for those new to acupuncture and/or sound therapy, and those with experience.
