Mark your calendars for August 28–30, 2026, and plan to join us for the first annual Northern Light Fellowship Festival at beautiful Bambi Lake in Roscommon, Michigan!
Hosted by Northern Light Church of St. Helen, this free, Christ-centered weekend is being created to bring churches, families, ministries, and people from across Northern Michigan together for worship, encouragement, fellowship, and a clear presentation of the Gospel.
You do not need to belong to a particular church—or even be sure what you believe—to come. This is a welcoming community event for longtime believers, people searching for answers, families looking for a meaningful weekend together, and anyone who could use some encouragement and hope.
Throughout the weekend, you will hear live Christian music from Chad Chaney, Orphan No More Worship Collective, Mile City Music, Matt Wagner, Mari Ramsey, and Chris Babb.
You will also hear from pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, law-enforcement professionals, addiction-recovery leaders, and jail-ministry workers whose messages are shaped by real experience and the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Featured speakers include Ben Lowe, Tom Metz, Joseph Bayliss, Jeremy Bewley, James DeArmond, Jerome John, Matthew Dunkelberger, Chris Babb, and Scott Marshall.
What to Expect
Come enjoy live Christian music, praise and worship, encouraging speakers, personal testimonies, prayer, food, vendors, family activities, and plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful setting of Bambi Lake.
Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, find a comfortable place to sit, and settle in for the music and messages.
The beach and waterslide will be open for the kids, along with volleyball, basketball, inflatables, and other family activities. Bring swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, and whatever your family needs to enjoy the day. Parents and guardians will be responsible for supervising their children around the water and activity areas.
A prayer tent will also be available throughout the festival for anyone who would like someone to pray with them privately.
Friday, August 28
The festival begins Friday afternoon with vendors, praise and worship music, speakers, and live Christian music.
Friday’s lineup includes Mari Ramsey, Chad Chaney, Mile City Music, and messages from Scott Marshall, Tom Metz, Joseph Bayliss, Jeremy Bewley, and James DeArmond.
