Walk along Northcourt Avenue - site of Pearson’s Court, St Patrick’s Hall of residence and the original St George’s Hall of residence for women as well as more recent university accommodation. A quiet and developing neighbourhood at the time of the university’s foundation, it was an attractive location for staff and academics to live. Hear stories about the remarkable if often eccentric characters who made the avenue their home and see examples of contemporary architecture.
