About this Event
This social is all about meeting other girls who live or work around North Sydney, the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. Whether you’ve just moved to the area or you’ve been here a while and want to expand your friendship circle, come along for a relaxed evening of drinks and friendmaking.
What to expect:
⭐️ Instagram Group Chat
We’ll create an Instagram group chat before the social, so you can introduce yourself and start getting to know some of the girls beforehand.
⭐️ Friendly Hosts
One of our lovely WHG hosts will be there to welcome you, help with introductions and make sure everyone feels included.
⭐️ Welcome Drink & Name Tags
Enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival and grab a name tag to make those first introductions a little easier.
⭐️ Friendmaking Activities
From 6:30 pm, we’ll have some relaxed friendmaking activities designed to get everyone chatting and connecting.
⭐️ Reserved Area
We’ll have a space reserved for our group, so you know everyone there has come along for the same reason: to meet new friends. ❤️
The details:
Where? Greenwood Hotel, North Sydney
What time? Arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 pm. At 6:30 pm we’ll start our friendmaking activities to get everyone mingling. The event will finish at approximately 8:30 pm.
Who can come?
This social is open to girls aged 18 to 36 in the Working Holiday Girls community, including those on Working Holiday Visas and other similar visas. It’s especially for girls who live or work around North Sydney, the Lower North Shore or Northern Beaches and want to meet more people nearby.
Will there be a group chat?
Yes! An Instagram group chat will be created approximately 24 hours before the event.
T&C’s:
- Must arrive between 6-6.30pm to receive drink on arrival
- No refunds, however you can sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.
- Photos will be taken at this event to use on our social media. Please make us aware on the evening if you would not like to be in the photos.
