I am pleased to join other members of the North Shore delegation in inviting constituents to the North of Boston Health & Wellness Expo on September 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School.
Join us for a day of resources, support, and inspiration for all ages and all needs—including families, veterans, older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and more!
The expo will include:
- Free health & wellness screenings
- Mental health & disability resources
- Family & parenting support
- Fitness, nutrition & mindfulness
- Veterans' services & aging support
- Presentations & live demos
- Giveaways, raffles & free swag!
