Muscle testing is used regularly by nutritionists, homeopathic MD's and many other complimentary medical practitioners as a way of communicating directly with the body and energy system. It has commonly been used in identifying food allergies, and testing for what the body may need nutritionally. What people may not be familiar with it that muscle testing, which is a form of Transformational Kinesiology (TK) is a proven method for releasing fear, worry & irritation. Muscle testing is used to get to the heart of a matter.
