About this Event
You’re invited to a Living Well event designed to support people aged 65 and over to stay active, independent, connected and well.
Proudly organised by North Connect PCN and Celandine Health & MetroCare PCN (Primary Care Network), this event is part of a collaborative effort by GP practices across North Hillingdon to help local residents stay healthy and supported.
Join us for a friendly, informative day filled with practical advice, gentle activity sessions, and opportunities to connect with community services.
What to Expect
Talks, Activities & Stalls
Throughout the day you can enjoy:
Advice on staying well in cold weather
Gentle activities:
- Strength & Balance
- Boccia
- Zumba Gold
Support to reduce social isolation, including community groups and volunteering opportunities
Help with using the NHS App
Information on falls prevention, frailty, and staying independent
Conversations with local health and community support services

- 9:00am – Welcome & stalls

- 10:00am – Boccia Session (Michael Geraghty, Hillingdon Council)
- 11:00am – Community Champions & Volunteering (H4All)
- 11:30am – The NHS App (H4All)
- 12:20pm – Zumba Gold (Stayactive4life)
- 1:00pm – Strength & Balance Session (Stayactive4life)
- 1:40pm – Falls & Frailty (Sarah Durner, Hillingdon Council)
