Rowan brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment advertising, employer brand and HR communications working for traditional advertising agencies, the Uks first online only advertising agency then media & programmatic platforms and most recently as a Head of Resourcing for one of the UK’s largest Health Care providers, Cygnet Healthcare.

Rowan founded AudienceLink in November 2022 and by the end of their first year they were one of the fasted growing advertising agencies in the UK. Now, they are established as the leading provider for health and social care and other essential services. Rowan is also Co-Founder of Engage Care Talent a podcast dedicated to solving the care crisis one conversation at a time. He is also the Founder of The Audience Link Foundation that is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Cure Leukemia, for families with children suffering from Leukemia.

His personal mission is to change the way we recruit and retain top talent, guiding resourcing teams into the future of talent acquisition - the motivation for success is inspiring real change.
