North Carolina Music Hall of Fame inductions take place annually to honor music legends with roots in North Carolina. The ceremony is open to the public for a night filled with music, celebration, and nostalgia. The 2026 class to be enshrined during the annual induction ceremony on October 15th at the Charles Mack Citizen Center are:

- Barry Poss
- Billy Strayhorn
- George Clinton (Lifetime Achievement Award)
- MC SHA-ROCK
- Sugar Bear
The N.C. Music Hall of Fame annual induction ceremony is a commemorative occasion where music industry professionals who have made a significant impact on American Music are introduced as new members of our Hall of Fame. During the ceremony, each inductee will be formally introduced and recognized, with highlights including acceptance speeches, tribute videos, and live musical performances.
