Participants will uncover the foundations of Norse cosmology, including the Nine Realms, the World Tree Yggdrasil, and the powerful forces that hold balance between order and chaos. The class will introduce key deities such as Odin, Thor, Freyja, and Loki, exploring their mythological origins, archetypal roles, and spiritual symbolism. Attendees will learn how these gods represent universal forces within human experience, wisdom, transformation, courage, and the duality of creation and destruction.
The session will also include discussion on the Runes, their origins, and how they were used for divination, magic, and self-reflection in ancient times.
