The class will cover cleansing and charging methods, programming with intention, building a simple yet effective daily practice, and creating safe energetic boundaries when working with clients or loved ones.
The curriculum includes hands-on techniques such as chakra balancing with placement grids, single-stone and paired-stone protocols, breathwork with palm stones, pendulum testing for stone selection, and the use of layouts for sleep, stress reduction, and mindset shifts. Participants will be shown how to combine crystals with candle work, affirmations, and visualization to amplify results, and how to journal outcomes to refine their practice over time.
Samantha will address ethical sourcing, safety considerations for elixirs and bath rituals, and practical storage and maintenance so stones remain energetically clear and ready for use. The class concludes with a guided relaxation and short crystal layout so each attendee experiences a calm, balanced field before leaving.
All materials for in-class practice are provided, with crystals available for purchase after the session. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and any personal stones they wish to understand or incorporate.
