Art of Stillness

Every second and fourth Thursday, join us for a slow, meditative Yin Yoga practice designed to gently target the deep connective tissues and invite balance into the nervous system through conscious breath. This grounding asana practice encourages stillness, presence, and deep release.
We will close our time together with an intuitive sound-bath, offering space to turn inward, restore harmony, and integrate the practice on a subtle level.
A suggested offering of $10–$20 supports the Council of the Arts in hosting Roni Langsdale and continuing to provide revitalizing community experiences.
Please note:
All participants are required to complete a waiver (virtual or physical) prior to class. Teens are warmly welcome with a parent-signed waiver.
What to bring:
Yoga mat
Small blanket or towel
Yoga block (if available)
Water
We look forward to sharing this restorative and centering experience with you.
