You know the problem. The one that sits in the back of every staff meeting, the one everyone works around instead of through. Maybe it's a reporting process that eats hours nobody has. Maybe it's a communication gap between programs. Maybe it's the intake form that's technically functional and deeply exhausting.

This hackathon gives you 90 minutes to put it down and build something better.

Before our usual Breakout on May 19th session, Birmingham AI's Nonprofit Community is hosting a hands-on problem-solving sprint where you'll apply a practical AI framework to a real challenge inside your organization.

You'll come in with a problem and leave with a working prototype, a sharper approach, or at minimum, a plan that didn't exist before you walked through the door.

Who this is for: Birmingham AI nonprofit members get first access. Spots will open to the broader Birmingham AI community as capacity allows.

What to bring: One problem you're actually dealing with. We'll bring the structure, the tools guidance, and the snacks.
