You are cordially invited to attend our inaugural Sourdough Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll shaping workshop at SOMMERSET POINTE YATCH CLUB & MARINA on Saturday, November 8th, from 1-2:30 p.m. Enjoy a hands on workshop while gaining insight into NoMich Sourdough’s signature caramel apple cinnamon roll shaping process.
Our Sourdough Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll workshop includes:
•1,000 grams of Dough.
• 2 1/2 cups Honey Crisp Apples.
•1 1/2 cups Sugar Paste.
•1 1/4 cups Caramel
•3 1/2 Cups Glaze.
•2 TBS Flour.
•1 Baking Pan.
•2 Instructional Labels.
•Thermometer.
•Rolling Pin.
•Spatula.
•Serrated Knife.
The ingredients provided will create 6 large, mouth-watering, delicious caramel apple cinnamon rolls, a cozy fall twist on our classic cinnamon rolls! Participants will take home all items except the spatula and serrated knife. The price encompasses all products. We shape, you take home & bake!
