I am so excited to start kicking off workshops this fall/winter season! This dance hoop workshop is based around beginner/intermediate hoopers,
This workshop is going to cover -
Stretching/hoop play
15 min waist hoop
15 min lasso transition
15 min lasso transition into infinity walk through
Pre-registration is required for this workshop, as there is limited space.
This workshop will cost $25
