No Strings Attached Season 7: Love Is...

No Strings Attached is a 4-session choral project organised by the Voices of Singapore, aiming to provide a platform for busy working adults who still love choir to rehearse and explore beautiful choral works.

The programme is designed for those looking for choral rigour, who enjoy a challenge, with focus pieces that will be worked on in detail, as well as quick-read pieces that will be sight-read. The final rehearsal will have a mini performance session where participants can invite their friends to watch, and a potluck after where everyone can come together for drinks and a small meal.

Love Is...
This season will be conducted by Justin Goh. The repertoire explores the multifaceted nature of love, highlighting its emotional depth, resilience, and universality. Each piece is paired with a unique concept of love, taking the audience on a journey that celebrates love’s beauty, challenges, and power to connect with others. The showcase date will be on 13 February, just in time for Valentine's Day.

Rehearsal dates are on Thursdays:
16 January: 7.45-10pm, VOS B1 Recital Studio
23 January: 7.45-10pm, VOS B1 Recital Studio
6 February: 7.45-10pm, VOS Level 3 Sky Studio
13 February: 7.30-8.30pm rehearsal, 8.30-10.00pm performance and potluck, VOS B1 Recital Studio

There is a participation fee of $65 (not inclusive of platform fees and GST) for all singers.

As the sessions are fast-paced and the season is short, it is best if you have prior choral experience and confidence in reading sheet music or learning music quickly. We will advise participants on the suitability of the programme based on your choral experience.
