Between social media, podcasts, and well-meaning friends, there's no shortage of business advice out there. . Meanwhile, many owners have questions they've never asked out loud, because they feel like they should already know the answer.

No Silly Questions was created to fix that. It's a small, casual panel where trusted local professionals give straight answers to the real questions women business owners wonder about. You'll submit your questions anonymously when you register, so nobody has to ask in front of the group, and we'll leave time for live questions too.

This isn't a sales event, and there are no slides or pitches. It's a comfortable room full of like-minded women business owners, good coffee, and honest answers about what we typically see and what's worth thinking about for your business.

Kimberly founded Mann CPA to give individuals and small business owners personalized accounting and tax guidance. She has more than 20 years of experience and a talent for making complex financial topics simple and clear.

Jess Dyroff, Co-Founder of Brightside Creative

Jess is a digital strategist and design expert who works across branding, packaging, UX/UI, and marketing for both small startups and larger B2B clients. She believes great design starts with real research and real collaboration, not guesswork.

Emily Westering, VP of Consulting, OMNI Human Resource Solutions

Emily has spent more than 15 years helping organizations build their people strategy and grow without the growing pains. She has built HR departments from the ground up, led national teams, and guided companies through mergers and acquisitions. Known for listening first and explaining the “why,” Emily brings a practical, hands-on approach to hiring, team structure, and building a culture people want to be part of.

Katie works with established business owners, primarily women, who want to keep growing without the business demanding more and more of them. In her work, she sees how often owners sit on questions they're hesitant to ask, and how much a straight answer from the right person can help. She created No Silly Questions to bring trusted professionals and business owners into the same room. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, she helps owners build businesses that are stronger, more valuable, and designed to support their lives outside of work.
