We’re offering our community a SECOND introduction to self-defense in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
In this 2-hour course, you’ll learn simple techniques from judo and jiu-jitsu to help you safely get out of dangerous situations.
We highly recommend wearing workout clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
Most exercises will be partner-based, so we encourage you to bring a friend (each individual needs to register separately).
