About this Event

This 4-hour class will teach you the essentials you need to know as you move through the 3rd trimester of pregnancy, into labor and delivery, and through the immediate postpartum period.

Through interactive discussions, activities, and hands-on practice, fortified with handouts and worksheets to take home, you will leave feeling more confident and prepared for the journey ahead.
We have all the tools you need. Just bring yourself and any of your favorite snacks or drinks although we will have an assortment of snacks as well as coffe, tea, and water available.
