NJ Fit Body Pop Up Challenge at the Hudson Fit Expo

Get ready to put your strength, endurance, and determination to the test at the Fit Body Pop-Up Challenge! 💪🔥

Competitors will face three exciting workout rounds, each designed to challenge different aspects of fitness. The top competitors will battle it out in a tiebreaker round, where every second could make the difference.

At the end of the competition, one male and one female champion will be crowned! 🏆 Each winner will receive automatic entry into the 2027 Fit Body Show and the opportunity to take the stage and showcase everything they’ve worked for.
