Host Details:
Christine Olukere is a student, author, podcaster, and Jersey City native, and the founder of Studio and Supper, a social club for introverted women of color in the Jersey City and NYC metro area. When she is not completing her degree in software engineering, she enjoys cooking, reading, writing, and spending time outdoors.
Instructor Details:
Justice is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with specializations in women’s fitness, pre- and postnatal fitness, and Pilates, drawing on over 7 years of experience in the field. As a former collegiate athlete (Volleyball) and pageant competitor (Miss Palm Beach USA 2017), she has a unique approach that guides her clients not only in achieving their fitness goals but also in cultivating a sense of inner confidence.
She is passionate about helping busy women—whether balancing motherhood, careers, or both—find harmony in their wellness journeys. Her goal is to help her clients build sustainable routines that support their lives and help them feel their best, inside and out.
