Twilight Training is a Pilates-inspired core class designed to improve stability, posture, and total-body control through slow, intentional movement. This session focuses on strengthening the deep abdominal muscles, glutes, and lower back, the foundation of a strong, resilient body. Using controlled Pilates principles like breath, alignment, and core engagement, you’ll move through a series of mat-based exercises that challenge balance, coordination, and muscular endurance without high impact. Expect movements such as planks, bridges, controlled leg work, and rotational core patterns that sculpt and strengthen while promoting mobility.
