Night Trains® 2026-2027 Season

The Magic of Night Trains® returns for our 2026-2027 Season! As we did last season, we are offering limited advance ticket sales in 2 hour time blocks. $15 per guest, kids 4 and under are free.

This popular seasonal event begins on November 7th and continues every Saturday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm through February 27th, 2027. Plus, on the Monday and Friday of the weeks during, and after Christmas. Note: We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. What is Night Trains?

The museum’s collection of model trains of all scales and toy trains of yesteryear come alive throughout the Museum. Night Trains season magic begins as the lights are turned down and the buildings and street lights glow warmly, setting the scene for specially lighted models of operating vintage passenger trains. The make believe towns are covered in snow and holiday decorations are up all over the miniature towns.

October

The season kicks off with Spooky Trains on October 24th and 31st. See event details here!

November

• We are slowly switching from Halloween trains to winter decorations and Christmas decorations.
• Bonus Night Trains on Black Friday, November 27th from 3-7!

December

• Santa dates Dec. 12th and 19th! Get a picture with Santa and let him know what’s on your list!
• Bonus Night Trains events on the Monday and Friday of the weeks during, and after Christmas. (Dec. 18th, 21st, & 28th)

January

• Bonus Night Trains event on New Years Day, January 1st
• Christmas decorations will start coming down on January 24th but we will maintain winter decorations through February.
• Live music with Bill Cagley all dates including January 1st!

February

• Live music with Bill Cagley all dates!
• Enjoy the new year and get a break from the long winter with our amazing railroad layouts!
