You are invited to applaud the successes of the young people of the Hartsville Boys & Girls Club during our Annual Night of Hope Oyster Roast & Auction from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday October 25 at Hartsville Country Club. Hartsville Boys & Girls Club has been serving the community for more than 25 years and helping thousands of Hartsville youth find a safe positive place to belong.
In the last 12 months we have strengthened our partnerships with Bay Road Elementary and Hartsville Middle School and have begun expanding our footprint to make our Club safer and more accessible to help even more kids.
Some quick numbers on how YOUR support helps the community:
· 86% of members improve academic performance;
· 80% of members’ behavior has improved according to teachers;
· 96% of parents report their children care more about learning; and
· 89% of parents say the Club hours allow someone in the family to hold a job.
