Women gathering in circles has always been deep and necessary medicine. When was the last time you were sitting with other women without your walls built up around you out of fear of vulnerability? Have you felt ever felt the power of the “me too” in the presence of others who share something that rings so true in your soul? It is quite an experience, and it is time to invite more of that into our current existence. We thrive in community. We are meant to be seen and heard in our authentic truth, the highs and the lows.
Take the time to connect with the beautiful and the arduous aspects of the feminine journey while being supported and witnessed by other women. This series of women’s circles is designed to allow the spaciousness to express our personal experiences on the topics presented and learn from each other. We will then invite energy to be released through journaling, gentle movement, sound bath, and/or ritual followed by setting intentions for our desires. Come for one circle or sign up for all three.

September 27th , 10-12- The Nurturer: Circle + Reiki and Restore
October 25th , 10-12The Wise Woman: Circle + Yoga Nidra
INVESTMENT:
$25 per circle (Discounted rate of $60 for a commitment to all 3)
ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Kimberly Rose is a reiki master, yoga teacher, and facilitator for women’s circles. Kimberly has been an attuned Reiki practitioner since 2018. She completed her 200 Hour YTT with Our Sacred Space Yoga School in Hartsville, SC in 2020. She has received training from Her Sacred Circle Facilitator Program in 2022 in Myrtle Beach, SC. She has also completed training in Yin Yoga through Authentic Yoga Teacher Training of Scottsdale, AZ.
Kimberly specializes in energetic shifts and aims to assist her students and clients identify external and internal stressors so they can begin to clear them from the mind, body, and spirit. This process of releasing what no longer serves you creates space to bring your desires into reality. She will guide you on your journey and help you to discover how to honor your Human form while remembering you are also Divine. Kimberly is dedicated to her students and their investigation of energy, yoga, and personal power.
