About this Event

The Art of the Magic Lantern is a collaborative art project which re-purposes antique projection equipment to create new live performance pieces for contemporary audiences. Based around a river theme, both original slides from the 19th century and new handpainted slides will be projected using refurbished lanterns and accompanied by live storytelling in a wonderful light show suitable for all ages. Duration - 40 mins to one hour.
