NIC Juneteenth 2025 in Soulard

Join Neighbors Impacting Communities for their THIRD annual Juneteenth Celebration in Soulard Park from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Soulard Market Park in St. Louis, Mo. Free and Open to the Public. A special NIC-supporter door-prize is available to pre-registered attendees who bring their Eventbrite free- pre-reservation ticket to the NIC Information Table under the Big Tent, while limited supplies last.

While this event is still in the planning stage for eneretainment, be assured it will include music, arts, food and other entertainment for patrons of all ages. Donations to support NIC and/or this festival may be made on this form.

Booth registration opens February 3 with Early Bird registration deadline on Sat., May 10, and strict late registration deadline of May 21, 2025.

Set-up for food trucks begins at 6 a.m. to get in prior to booths being set up beginning at 6:30 a.m. Festival opens to the public at 8 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. All vendors vacate the park by 6 p.m. Entertainment/Activity schedule will be made available closer to the event date.

- Single space/tent 10 x 10: Early Bird = $100; or Late = $200

- Double space/tent 20 x 10: Early Bird = $150; or Late = $300

- Single Food space/tent 10 x 10: Early Bird = $200; or Late = $400

- Double Food space/tent 20 x 10: Early Bird = $250; or Late = $500

- Food truck (any size): Early Bird = $250; or Late = $500

- Non-Profit table under "big tent": Early Bird = $50; or Late = $100

- Youth (K-12 only) Entrepreneurs under "big tent": Early Bird = $25; or Late = $50

Eventbrite payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal or Google Pay.

• This event will continue regardless of weather, unless authorities close the park for emergency conditions. All vendor spaces are outdoors.
• ALL vendors must register using this form.
• Limited number of sites with electricity are available and will be determined by NIC.
• Vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
• All registered vendors are required to adhere to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department guidelines and permits - detailed at . All permit/insurance fees required by the City of St. Louis are the responsibility of the vendor with confirmation emailed to NIC a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event.
• Online/credit card payments subject to fees, typically about 8.55% set by Eventbrite and payable by the vendor.
• Pre-paid vendors via cash or CashApp coordinated directly with NIC must submit this registration form by the approrpriate deadlines specified above using promo code provided by NIC and adhere to all City of St. Louis ordinances - or their space will NOT be reserved.
• NO alcohol, weapons, illegal or counterfeit items may be sold during/at this event.
• All fees are non-refundable.
