Nia blends dance, martial arts, healing arts, music, and JOY together in an effective, inspiring, and adaptable whole body work out that anyone can do!Nia is danced barefoot, so you can connect with the ground, but if that is not comfortable for you, bring soft soled shows or grip socks. There will be a little floorwork, so you may want to bring a mat. All moves can be modified to fit your body's needs.
