North Highland Outdoor and Woodland Learning Group welcomes educators (teachers, early years practitioners, support assistants, youth workers and childminders etc) to join us in Evanton Woods to participate in two of the three short taster activities we are hosting.We hope to inspire you and give you some accessible skills and ideas to take back to your practices so you can get your children/clients outdoors and connect with nature. Spending time exploring, playing and discovering in the outdoors, especially woodlands, bolsters mental and physical health & wellbeing. It is a space for self-expression, building connections to self, others & nature and gives everyone a sense of belonging.
