Another Showcase is coming up for our members! This members only event is a hit every year. At Nexus we believe in community and we believe in strength in numbers. But we also believe in YOU. This fall we want to see what you got!
6 days a week we focus on movement, mobility, strength, and overall fitness. At Nexus we don't subscribe to pushing you to your maximum limit every single day. It's not our philosophy and it's not what we believe (or science shows) to be an effective training strategy. But we do believe in showing up and showing out and we absolutely thrive off of celebrating each and every one of your successes together as a community. So we are inviting you to the 2025 Nexus Showcase on Saturday October 18th.
The SHOWCASE is about YOU and showing our community how your hard work is paying off. Play your hype song, clap your chalk, and show up to compete against yourself. Similar to last year there will be 3 benchmark workouts scheduled for you to complete. One testing your strength, one testing your endurance and one that brings it all together. The one and only goal for the day is to show up and give it all you got. Leave it all out on the gym floor. Test your limits. No matter what happens, PRs or not, walk out of the gym so dang proud of what your body can do.
