We will be having a Bring a Friend Day for spooky season! Do you know someone who's been on the fence about trying out a class? Time to pull them in!
These workouts are beginner-friendly, confidence-building, and made to fit every fitness level. No pressure—just fun, movement, and good vibes.
So bring your friends, family, coworkers… even that one frenemy who secretly wants in.
Let a coach know ahead of time that you are expecting a friend to attend. Have them show up 10 min before class to fill out a waiver prior to class time starting.
