Join us for a three-day summer camp experience at Paws and Claws Cat Rescue, where campers will get hands-on with real rescue work, learn about feline care, and explore the many ways people can make a difference for animals in need! BOOKING THIS SESSION GRANTS YOU TO ALL THREE DAYS OF CAMP.
Our Next Generation Rescuers Program is designed for children ages 12-14 who love animals and want to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes at a cat rescue.
Each day includes creative, educational activities about animal welfare and plenty of cat time. Campers will meet cats at various stages of their rescue journey and leave with a deeper understanding of the work that goes on in their community.
Activities include scanning for microchips, practicing bandaging skills on stuffed animals, scavenger hunts, tie-dyeing, decorating flower pots and planting catnip, crafting DIY cat toys, and creating “Adopt Me” flyers for their favorite shelter cats.
