Next Gen Black LGBT+ Futures
A space for Black LGBT+ young people (18–25)
Join us for Next Gen Black LGBT+ Futures — a chill, welcoming space to connect, eat, and talk about what’s next for your career.
This event kicks off an ongoing programme by Black Thrive Group and Just Like Us, built to support Black LGBT+ young people with confidence, skills and real opportunities.
We don't beleive in untapped potential. You’ve already got it. We’re just here to help you reach your 2026 goal & beyond.
Why you should come?

- Meet Black Ambassadors who’ve done it and hear the real tea
- Connect with likeminded Black LGBT+ people across different careers
- Network without it feeling awkward (promise)
- Free food. Free drinks. Good vibes.
Whether you’ve got a full five-year plan or at the start of figuring it out — this space is for you.
Your dreams. Your career. Your future.
So… what’s the Ambassador Programme?
It’s fully funded and designed to help you grow — not just your CV, but your confidence too.
What you get:

- Chances to speak in schools, colleges and workplaces
- Access to LGBT+ career mentors
