You’re invited to participate in Smithfield's First NEX GEN CEO Student Entrepreneurship Business Fair. Help us inspire our youth with a vision to change the world through business.

Calling all students from elementary through high school: Do you want to start your own business? Sell your own products? Learn how to grow your business. Make some extra money? Want to be a NEX GEN CEO?

You’re invited to:

One-day student entrepreneur marketplace event! Come support and shop studentpreneurs as they showcase their own businesses and products.

What: Elementary-high school students showcasing their businesses and selling their own products: (jewelry, t-shirts, baked goods, crafts, services, and more). Judges and AWARDS CEREMONY AT 2:00 pm.

Who: Calling all entrepreneurs! Showcase and sell your student business, compete for awards, and experience a private tour of Bell Hall at an exclusive event hosted at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

When: Saturday, April 24, 2026, from 11:00 am-2:00 pm (arrive at 9:00 am for entrepreneurs who have a table)

How: If you're a student entrepreneur and would like to showcase your business and sell your product, register to apply and reserve your spot! This Marketplace is open to the public! If you’d like to shop, simply show up to this FREE EVENT!
